IBUCS Secretary General

16 May

The Intra-Boston University Conference Simulation (IBUCS) is a one-day conference hosted by BUIAA for BU students each fall. IBUCS is for those both with and without Model UN experience. This one-day conference runs a handful of different types of Model UN committees to give those with and without experience a taste for collegiate committees.

It’s time to start planning for IBUCS 2011, starting with an IBUCS Secretary General! The IBUCS SG will lead a small secretariat in setting up the conference, picking committees, and recruiting participants.

Working on IBUCS is a great way to get more involved with BUIAA, all are encouraged to apply regardless of experience with the club. The application can be found here. More information on IBUCS can be found at buiaa.org/events/ibucs. Don’t hesitate to email iaa@bu.edu if you have any questions. Applications are due by May 23.

Finals are frustrating.

Senior Roast

For our last meeting of the year, please join us in roasting and toasting our dearly departing seniors. We’ve put up with their idiosyncrasies and their exploits for four years, and now that they’re leaving, it’s time to give them a (friendly) piece of our mind.

Please join us this Wednesday, May 4 from 7:30-8:30 in Photonics 211 for our Senior Roast!
